what's in a name.

     The name "nomad left behind" expresses just where I am in life. I have an internal wanderlust, but right now I'm not ready to act upon it until i've built some solid ground for myself. This means finishing up college, establishing a career, and growing up a little more. When the time comes, I'll be able to face my fears and break out and let go. Exploration is calling out for me and will one day come back to me and take me where I desire to be.  But for now, i'm left behind to go on with my life as it is.

     Nomad is about keeping it real no matter what. It is my style showcase as well as my coming of age story. In my opinion, style and the cycle of life go hand in hand. We all naturally evolve over time as does our style. Style captures the good, the bad, and the ugly moments - but all equally important moments in our life. There is nothing that can do what clothing can as far as chronicling where we are in our lives.
